How to Place an Order.
1- Determine what items you would like to purchase.
2- Fill out the order form.
3- Fax, Phone or Mail in the order.
4- If you have any questions please phone for technical information and order assistance.

How to Pay for an Order.
1- Credit Card - Discover, Novus, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

2- Pre Payment with US Dollar Money Order.
3- Wire Transfer - Please request bank information.
4- COD (Cash on Delivery) - Only available on domestic orders. Other restrictions apply.

International Orders - Special Requirements.
1- International orders are subject to a 5% surcharge unless pre paid with a US dollar money order or wire transfer. 
2- International orders can not be shipped COD.

Credit Card Requirements.
To accept your (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Novus, or American Express) credit card a few requirements must be met. 
1: Your full name and address on the credit card must match the ship to name and address.
2: Fax a copy of your identification & both sides of the credit card.
3. If this is a joint account, provide the name of other person(s) .
3: Provide a signed statement with the invoice number, dollar amount, credit card number and expiration date approving the purchase.

Shipping, COD and Other Special Charges.
1- Domestic shipping is a flat rate $ 7.50
2- COD charges are $ 10.00
3- Special Shipping Charges for International Shipments (Price varies based on size, weight and shipping method).


Returns
1- Returns are subject to a restocking fee. 
2- Delivery charges are not refundable.
3- All returns shall be unused, re-saleable and in their original packaging. 
4- Return authorization shall be obtained prior to returning any item (s).
5- We suggest your return package be shipped insured. and tracked.
